Bristol Black Carers which is managed by Anndeloris Chacon, ENIEC member in UK and Chair of the organizing committee of AM 2029, is a finalist in the MTM Awards 2018 in the category Community Group Award.
It is an honor for Anndeloris and the charity to have been nominated and selected to be in the finals.
The services provide by Anndeloris and the charity is to support and empower the service user through their roles and responsibilities in caring for a loved one in the community whether it is in their home or in a nursing/residential home.
MTM Awards are to celebrate excellence and achievement of the Asian, Black and Minority communities.
The awards will be presented at a Glittering Gala Award Evening on Sunday 16 th December 2018 at the Bristol Marriott Hotel.
