During the ENIEC AM 2023 in Gdansk, the board and the statutes working group proposed a number of changes to the statutes to the general assembly. After a presentation by Lola Sanchez Casal and Frederic Lausher, the general assembly decides by unanimous vote to accept the proposed changes of the statutes. The board was given the authority to accept changes in the proposed statutes that are advised by the notary, primary based on legal requirements related to data protection.
