Foundation for Wellbeing kick-off in Pécs

The Health Leadership and Management Development Institute (HLMDI) an international NGO founded by 250+ Healthcare leaders celebrated its 15th anniversary in the city of Pécs Hungary in the form of an international congress, on October 17-19th 2024 with the important role play of ENIEC members Ms. Nikolett Arnold, Dr. Erika Marek, and Dr. Kia Goolesorkhi, HLMDI leadership ex-member Professor István Szilárd Head of the Department of Migration Health at the Medical School of the University of Pécs.
The event, being a response to the need for Knowledge-based Governance (Quintuple Helix)  addressing  city well-being topics such as Healthy Ageing and Intercultural Health Ageing as a sub-theme  hosted the foundation of the TIIPS4Wellbeing Governance Trans-continental and Trans-sectoral Platform (The Integration of Innovation Platforms in Sustainability for Wellbeing Governance) under www.tiips4wellbeing.eu
TIIPS4WELLBEING GOVERNANCE Congress reconvened in Seattle, in the Sister City of Pécs, between Jan 28-30 th as a part of the event series “The Road to Munich” during which the importance of adopting Cleveland Clinic’s  Appreciative Inquiry Summit model for co-creating Inclusive-Engaged, Trust-based and Knowledge-based local and global Communities of Practice were embraced as the platform moves forward in building its innovation cluster model.
The next interim hybrid event  in Alsomocslád March 2025,  will be looking into investigating opportunities for institutionalizing engagement with ENIEC members which will be reflected on during the upcoming annual ENIEC meeting in Nijmegen, April 2025
The “Road to Munich”  series (www.tiips4wellbeing.eu) is supported under the Quintuple Helix model by key stakeholders and Mayorships of the cities of Pécs, Seattle, Cleveland, Alsomocsolád, Rural settlements, and Cities in Appalachia, Snohomish, Universities of Pécs, Ohio, Seattle, Botswana will be looking into an opportunity for attracting a Dutch city in the topic of building global Think Tanks  in  Intercultural Healthy Ageing covering unexplored best practices such as Diaspora, Tribal, Race-based dimensions especially in rural mayorships.
