More about Feruze

My name is Feruze Sarikas. In my work, I am committed to strong, accessible and inclusive community and welfare services, in which people are supported to use their own strengths and participate fully in society. I firmly believe in neighbourhoods and communities where people can find one another and where support is close at hand and easy to understand.
Collaboration and clear communication are essential to me. Changes in care and welfare affect many stakeholders at the same time, from care professionals, GPs, schools and the police to volunteers and community organisations. For that reason, I believe it is important that everyone is involved in a timely, clear and transparent way in understanding what is changing, what remains the same and where new opportunities arise.
I am committed to an approach in which information is shared in an accessible way, where there is space for dialogue and exchange, and where existing networks are strengthened. This includes targeted communication, thematic meetings, personal coordination and practical tools that help create clarity and overview.
My motivation is to make a difference together for residents by strengthening welfare services and building connections between people, professionals and organisations. I look forward to sharing experiences within ENIEC, learning from others and working together towards inclusive and appropriate support.
