Annual Meeting

The annual ENIEC meeting takes place each year somewhere in Europe, providing members with a platform to exchange good practices and develop new approaches to challenges at both local and European levels. The meetings focus on selected themes within elderly (social)care, with particular attention given to older people with a migration background. The programme often includes field visits and local presentations, but the core of the event lies in offering members the opportunity to come together and exchange ideas.

During the meeting, the General Members’ Assembly, ENIEC’s highest decision-making body, also takes place. Here, all members gather to make important decisions, discuss policies, and shape the organisation’s direction. Topics such as annual reports, budgets, board elections, and strategic plans are addressed and approved. The assembly provides members with the chance to have their voices heard and actively contribute to the future of the organisation.
